Beehive Blends Return Policy

All purchases that fall outside our Return Policy are final and non-refundable. If you have any questions, please reach out to our customer support team through our Contact Us page or by phone at  918-346-5545.

If your purchase was made from BeehiveBlends.com and the product you received is incorrect, damaged (excluding carrier damage), or missing from your order, you may be eligible for a refund if we are notified within 10 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot review requests for returns or exchanges if contact is made after the 10-day window.

For products that arrive damaged, unusable, incorrect, or missing, customers must notify Beehive Blends within 10 days of receipt by contacting Customer Support via our Contact Us page or by phone at  918-346-5545. When reaching out, please be prepared to provide a photo of the packing slip, the product, and the box it was shipped in, clearly showing the shipping label.

If you purchased Route package protection and your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, you can file a claim directly through Route. Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the delivery date. Claims for packages presumed lost (without a “delivered” status) must be filed after 7 days and within 30 days from the last tracking update. To file a claim, use the email associated with your order and the order confirmation number. For more details, please refer to Route’s customer FAQs and terms and conditions.

Once Beehive Blends’ Customer Support team receives your inquiry, we will make a determination within 5 business days. Please note that all returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs may not be refunded.

If you purchased one of our products from an independent retail location or a third-party website, please contact that store or website directly for return or refund inquiries.

Beehive Blends reserves the right to deny any refund or service for any reason. We stand behind the quality and efficacy of our products. Because cannabinoids can affect people differently, we reserve the right to exchange your product for another of equal or greater value in hopes of meeting your expectations for relief.
